The available cities are as follows:

I have been using this book to prepare for exam 70-536, which will be counting toward the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) credentials. My progress so far is Chapter 2 – Lesson 2. I hope to keep it up, because I still have a long way to go. You can get this book from Amazon.com.
If you are planning to get these credentials, check out this link for more information: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mcpd/. It can help you get started.
